At Paper Station, we are delighted to feature journals and notebooks from Sydney design business Corban & Blair.
Corban & Blair is an Australian female owned product design business, co-founded by cousins Gillian and Amanda. Since 1988 they have designed and distributed eco-friendly stationery, gift and made to order marketing products that capture Australian culture and stories.
As a B Corp Certified business, they have a commitment towards economic and environmental sustainability, which closely aligns to our values at Paper Station. We are inspired by their business goal of 'designing products that are thoughtful, useful and appreciated'.
We have handpicked a selection of their journals to feature in our collection, which are made in Australia from quality recycled leather. This recycled leather is made up of 60% genuine leather fibres from European shoe and bag factories, as well as natural latex and miscellaneous raw materials that can be recycled safely.
We also love the journals for their refillable quality, ensuring they have a longer life than merely filling one notebook. The inner notebooks are made from 100% de-inked recycled post-consumer waste collected from offices throughout Australia, are carbon neutral and made in the Maryvale Mill, in Victoria. Once these have seen every page filled, you can remove and replace with another. The leather cover should stand the test of time, and only develop more character along the way.
